From top to bottom one of the cleanest and well equipped gyms I've been in. Prices are reasonable for what you get ! Had a great workout and finished it off with a cool shower. Definitely coming back again anytime I'm in Bahrain

Well l used to workout in there a year ago or two its not crowded many facilities many equipment many machines the bathrooms are clean am talking about two years not its closed they have protien shake just for 500 fils. I hope there will open soon i lost my fat, good gym

Include jacosie steam room and spa. People are nice in general there traines are good too. they provide a good resturant upstairs to help you keep you diet. And a bar to sell protien shake or aminoacid drink.

The best bodybuilder gym on the island! The pendulum squat and the vertical leg press are my two favorite leg machines there.
