The gym has a beautiful view and a great vibe overall, but it's not set up fairly for women. The women's locker room is very small, has no natural light, and honestly feels like a prison. There's no blow dryer which is a basic things many women expect in a good gym. Meanwhile, the men's locker room is much larger, more comfortable, and even has a view. It feels really unbalanced, especially since both men and women pay the same membership fee. On top of that, women don't have access to the same facilities, like the cold plunge and sauna, which makes it feel even more unequal. If it's a mixed gym, both genders should have the same quality experience. Right now, it feels unfair and disappointing.

It's one of the good gyms that I like, new equipments new place, a lot of natural good lights coming from both sides, it's on the sea so that's a plus as well, machines mostly are Technogym, Watson the new generation so they're excellent. Would recommend it especially if you're living nearby

Before you subscribe they advertise facilities such as ice bath for free then after a month they charge members 5BD per use to use it, on top of the 70BD per month membership. Extremely greedy practice. Next month they will charge you to use the treadmills Also for the high price they don't even maintain or clean the locker rooms and there is a terrible smell in the sauna and steam.

Great gym, very spacious . The location is also very good. I like how the areas are set up and it has new equipment that is top of the line. The only thing that the gym is missing is the stickers that each machine has to explain how to use the different gym equipment.

I I've been looking forward to this gym opening for so long, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. It seems the facility is primarily geared toward men. The men's locker room is spacious and even includes a sauna, while the women's locker area is very limited. There are fewer than 10 spots total for showers, toilets, and changing, everything is squeezed into one small space with no room to get ready, especially if you want to go to work or out afterwards. And just to clarify, there's no sauna in the women's area. The gym itself has new equipment, which is great. It looks quite spacious from the outside, but in reality, it's more of an average-sized gym when you look at the number of equipment/ benches. also found it difficult to get pricing details ahead of time, as messages on Instagram went unanswered. I've included the pricing here to hopefully make things easier for others considering a visit. Overall, the cost feels quite high for what's offered.
