A few days ago, my visit to this shop was disappointing. The staff lacked basic courtesy in greeting customers, and the prices were excessively high. Moreover, their communication skills with customers were poor, as they rudely stated, "If you don't want to buy, then don't waste our time." It's frustrating when you can't even inquire about a product without being met with hostility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and neither would my friends or family. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I've had.

This review is meant for the Badminton part only. It will be hugely misleading if I comment on other sporting parts since I haven't dealt with them personally. I go there for stringing my badminton rackets too often. Initially I didn't have any problem regarding my rackets. But gradually I found out rackets that were Strung by them were easily and broken very soon. I still went to them and the same thing was repeated. Recently I ordered a racket for stringing but the stringing quality was hugely disappointing. Don't know which lbs they give it to but it feels like I am playing with a loose wires.
