It is very bad experience The parlour don't give any attention towards the satisfaction of the customer.which is very bad

I am very disappointed. This is not only an unprofessional place, but a cheater also. I choose 30 min machine + deep tissue massage, with 2200 rupee. The masseur lady was very weak and no power in her hands, no skills, how to massage a painful and tough muscle, even I showed her the technique. Didn't get any machine massage, only with hands. After that she told me to go inside the bathroom for steam. They didn't ask me if I want or not. I thought that is part of treatment. She can't on the steam button, came another lady, but had to wait 10 min. naked till the steam coming. I had to close the door from inside. In bathroom was no chair or something to sit, I must stand 20 min. Was not comfortable at all. I am asking you if something happening inside in bathroom, slips and falls or any other issue, how they will know that, how they can come inside to help you? For the steam bath, what I didn't ask, they charged me 1000. I only found out about this later, because my friend paid. Tomorrow I will go back for that 1000!

The massage is a joke here. Only professionally bargaining the higher price. The therapist are not trained for any deep tissue. Just touching and applying oil looking at time. Bathroom is worst with poor water quality and blockage. Not worth of the money, i spent 2200, at most 500 worth service.
