For the little time (hardly three months) I was enrolled at Optimum Fitness, Anup da, Bou, Arin, Tapan, and others made sure that I am given a safe space and a supportive environment to grow, both physically as well as mentally. They tried their best to push me hard (although I failed miserably). However, my membership was cut short by a serious health issue. I was supposed to join again after recovering but then again, destiny had something else planned for me. I had to join a new assignment in Jorhat and all I could do was bid goodbye to Anup da via WhatsApp (with the promise that I will show up someday with sweets). I thank all of you wholeheartedly for seeing me, a novice, as part of the family. And I hope to see you all soon. For others who are figuring out whether or not to join this gym, I will ask you to just go ahead and take the membership without thinking much. They might not be offering you anything swanky, but they will have you covered in terms of the fellowship that you will develop among your peers. And Anup da is always a figure on whom you can lean on. Since his name has featured in this review, I will take this moment to wish him all the best in this journey towards peak fitness!
Optimum fitness gym is a great place,the gym is very clean and well-maintained. All the machines work well and are easy to use. The staff is friendly and helps you with everything . It feels nice to work out here. I always enjoy my time at optimum fitness. I highly recommend it for everyone !
