a good thing about this gym is the availability of equipment. i have not given it a 5 star review just cause of the management that is just not up to mark. other things are nice.

Best budget friendly gym in Silchar! There are equipment to target each and every body part. It is spacious so it never feels crowded. Both male and female can workout comfortably. Great for beginners as the trainers are experienced and actually know the process of body building very well. Highly recommended gym for beginners!

Gym is good enough..., but there are no professional trainers. Admission fees is too high as it is not a cult-fit or Fitness First. In the same amount of admission fees we can join cult-fit.
