It is not at all a gym itself. The instrument amd instructor both are old and outdated. Instructor don't know how to behave itself, there were many girls in gym, all left because of misbehaviour and bad touch. I will suggest a great no for this gym.
Being a fresher joining the fitness club at Dayal Dham Body Building and with full of confidence I would say that this fitness club is the best, above all the high energetic and humble trainer you won't find any where. I strongly recommend this multi gym club to all. Regards.
It's a so good gym.....the trainer is also a good person and his instructions are so good and it is also a unisex gym.......so Guy's come on this gym and joint here
My experience in this gym was so bad and the trainer behaves rudely to his students, and machine's of this gym were also old & defective , very congested area ,
