This unisex gym is friendly and professional at the same time. The owner cum trainer guides you well and is approachable. Apart from just exercising, he also guides you on your diet and maintaining life style. Separate rooms for strength training and cardio/warm up/stretching available. Changing rooms also available. Overall the experience has been very good for me.

I have joined Spartans in the middle of September, 2024. It is a amazing experience for me at the Spartans from the 1st day of gym.
