Without any doubt, the best gym in Mangaldai.The trainers are helpful, the equipment is top notch and the changing room has clean bathrooms and good facilities. The gym is easy to approach and ambient parking place for vehicle parking.

This unisex gym is friendly and professional at the same time. The owner cum trainer guides you well and is approachable. Apart from just exercising, he also guides you on your diet and maintaining life style. Separate rooms for strength training and cardio/warm up/stretching available. Changing rooms also available. Overall the experience has been very good for me.

I have joined Spartans in the middle of September, 2024. It is a amazing experience for me at the Spartans from the 1st day of gym. At the time of admission my weight was 87, after two and half months it becomes 83. I am very happy with this result. I hope I can transform more in the upcoming days. The gym is always very clean and well maintenance, staff are very friendly and always willing to help, atmosphere is positive and motivating.
