I've been training with Gyan Kashyap for the past 3 months, and I'm still continuing because the progress has been amazing! In this short time, he's helped me lose weight, build muscle, and completely change my fitness routine. Gyan really knows his stuff he's great with workout plans, keeps an eye on form, and even helps with diet guidance that actually works. He's super motivating, easy to talk to, and makes every session fun and productive. Also, huge shoutout to Fit Factor Gym it's got all the equipment you could need, a great atmosphere, and a really positive vibe. The place is clean, well-maintained, and full of energy. One of the best GYM in town with all the required best quality equipment and necessary things like hygienic lavatory and changing rooms with lockers for men and women both. Trainers are quite experienced and very friendly. It gives you the best workout vibe. Also the fees are quite affordable with flexible fees structures.

It has been two months since I hv joined the gym and ngl it has been an amazing experience since day1. The atmosphere of the gym is really motivating which makes me keep going despite of my laziness.
