Overall, I have had a very positive and productive experience at the gym. My experience with the owner (my trainer) has been wonderful. I especially appreciate his laser focus on proper form and safety. He is incredibly attentive during every repetition, consistently correcting minor details that prevent injury and ensure maximum effectiveness.The facilities are always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Myself, just as a beginner and also a first time gym goer.. dealing with Hypothyroidism and mild PCOS pattern, joined here under the guidance of Sir Upankar Kakati as my Personal Trainer, with the intent of reducing my extra kilos while building up a healthy body inside out. It's marvellous to see that Sir attends to each one very attentively and tries to resolve and recommend the workout regimes according to the individual needs! Sir seems like somebody from my own family, showing extremmme Patience in helping me out in as short duration as of 2 months, but he keeps motivating Me to never give up! He caters to our existing lifestyle, work-life, eating habits, etc. and yet tries to incorporate that healthy element so well that it never seemed like forcefully we had our lives changing, overnight. Moreover, the peace of working out with adequate number of people at the clock hour is so satisfying with no rush and abundant gym equipments with no long waiting lines, an added plus point. All in all it feels that the Hour at the gym is absolutely mine and I am being attended to fully, and although it's just been 5 days here at the Gym but definitely having that feeling of healthy vibes already!!
