The gym is impeccably clean and well-maintained. It makes working out much more enjoyable. The equipment is modern and in great working condition. I love the variety of machines and weights available. There's never a wait time for equipment during my visits. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your fitness goals. The gym's extended hours make it easy to fit workouts into my busy schedule. The ambiance of the gym is amazing--motivating music, bright lights, and a positive vibe make every workout enjoyable. I love that the gym fosters a friendly environment. I've been working out here since 2015 Very friendly and suitable environment for workout.Every kind of weights and machines are available. only con i've found is less space for cardio and no Treadmill which i hope will be resolved soon.Trainers & staff are very Professional.Highly reccomended if you live near Six mile,Jayanagar or Khanapara area

Its a great gym, well equipped and great environment. This is the perfect place if you want to get in great shape . Its much better than going to any gym and trying to figure out what to do on your own. This place teaches you the proper way to do things. Coach really takes the time to get to know you and your fitness goals. Good service with friendly staff and clean and comfortable gym for everyone. Its incredibly well run and the programming is very well thought out.
