Though the space is Little less but credit goes to gym trainer Mr. Boro, he is very attentive and always guides all the members. Very friendly in behavior but very strict in training.. you never need a personal trainer.. I am a member of the gym and very happy to workout here. Monthly fee Rs.1200.. cheaper than any other gym in this area.

*the two instructors were really good with their behaviour at first but turned their backs later. * they just want you to go away after an hour because they "feel" that it costs them more. *the receptionist is a special mention with no etiquette of talking and has had cases of verbal fights with previous customers. For an extra info, you will find her playing online ludo everytime *you are being attented to at first very well, but after that you just have to know everything on your own. I have been their and I faced it. I don't know about the rest but I am just being honest.

I hated it here. I took admission but didn't even complete my term. The instructor didn't know the proper procedure I believe. He made me lift weights without a supporting belt. I got a very bad muscle cramps there as he makes people overdo in one day, I had to rest for a week! Plus, only one instructor, so he doesn't have time, he will show you once and then he is nowhere to be found. I'll never ever go to this place again.

I love this place becoz it is a one stop shop for me .Right from grocery,beauty products ,gifts,kitchen products,frozen food you name it nd they have them.Products are fresh nd readily available .I simply love it nd I enjoy my shopping in the clean nd disciplined environment.
