It has the worst after sales service. They'll convince you into buying their cheap-quality products at premium prices saying that they have excellent after sales services. What a lie they sell, when you call them for any support they'll talk with so much attitude as if they are doing us a big favour. They do not provide any invoice for services, and the invoice for products do not have necessary information. My dad has purchased a treadmill from here, paid almost 55k for it and honestly is of the worst quality. After a year or so it has stopped working and the technician they sent was completely clueless of the problem with the treadmill, he just starts to sell me a new motor replacement costing another 10k. Upon asking about the repairability they straight ahead deny it like its not even a thing. A month later when i ask them to replace it now they say that the replacement cost is 15k and that they cannot visit my location. The replacement motor does not have any warranty neither does their installation work on the treadmill. Its literally either their way or the highway coz they are running a monopoly for all things Cosco in Guwahati.

Superb place for sports and fitness equipment. If someone is looking for good quality products then it would be right place for you. Staff members are very much helpful. Bought Dumbbell and resistance tube at reasonable price and the quality is very good. Highly recommend!
