THE MESOMORPH Unisex GYM

Everything is nice except the trainers.Because they trained only few days of beginners then don't.When beginners ask trainers to do some new exercises then trainer don't let him to do it and ask them to do exercises that he had taught earlier.

Gym is decent and has good equipments. But there are a few problems. There is too much overcrowding. Gym should be open during afternoon also if possible so that there's less crowding. Another issue is that the trainers are not good. They act like they own the gym and don't respond properly. The new assistant trainer is very annoying. Whenever people take rest between sets or talk he comes and rudely asks them what they are doing and rudely ask them to go back to doing it. He should know that we are the people who are paying money to workout in the gym and he isn't doing us any kind of favour here. We should be able to workout in peace without any disturbance. The trainers also sometimes belittle the people there but they should remember that they are only trainers there. They are not profesionals at alland I feel they should learn how to behave with people poperly. Also he mostly pays attention to only the female clients , if he is married or has a girlfriend then it should be a concern . Besides all this, Mesomorph is a really good gym in terms of equipments and location

I'm disappointed with the gym trainers, who give priority only to their personal trainees and friends. They often ignore and belittle other members, affecting their self-esteem. However, the gym itself is well-equipped and safe. I hope the owner addresses this issue.

Gym is good but dear owner please look into your evening trainer. Seems like he is only interested in the clients he is friends with or whom he knows personally. I got to know that the trainer worked for years earlier and now again he rejoined so he might have lots of clients whom he knows since early years, but it is difficult for the new comers because he seems very much uninterested to the new comers.

Spacious and affordable price gym in Narengi.

Probably the best gym in Narengi area, 3 stars because it lacks two essential things that can take this gym to the next level, AC in the gym, and having trainers work in 8 hour shifts so that they can stay open all day, so folks can workout during the mid day as well which can help the gym decrease the issue of over crowding in the evening as well. Just a suggestion.
