GYMNATION

I've been a member since 2019. This used to be the best gym in Duliajan, but standards have dropped badly. For 1100 a month, members deserve better. Plates and dumbbells are broken, many have no labels, and even a mirror is cracked. No heavier kettlebells and no fractional plates (0.25, 0.5, 1 kg) -- both basic needs in any serious gym. Right now it feels like fees are taken but nothing is reinvested. If the gym wants to stay the best, it needs urgent upgrades.

I'm writing to raise an issue that's affecting all of us at the gym. The AC hasn't been working properly for several days now, and the temperature inside has become extremely uncomfortable, especially during workouts. It's been very difficult to maintain proper focus or energy when the environment is this hot. The gym has a strict rule against sleeveless shirts for male members. While we understand dress codes, this particular rule feels unreasonable given the current heat. Wearing short sleeves while exercising in such conditions is uncomfortable and impractical. Kindly, allow sleeveless tshirts in the gym during summers. We sincerely request that the management fix the AC as soon as possible. It would also be appreciated if the sleeveless policy could be reconsidered-at least temporarily-until the AC issue is resolved. Right now, it's hard to work out safely or effectively under these circumstances.

Ruskin Gogoi "trainer"is the best. Gym is not hygienic due to lavatory and in summer season during power cuts they donot arrange for diesel (generator) and we have to suffer.
