Six Pack Gym

My first experience with Six Pack gym and have been a fantastic one. Amazing personal trainers and complete, clean gym. The overall vibe is great. All the trainers are super and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. I would highly recommend my friends to have a great experience with Six Pack Gym!

Six Pack Gym is one of the best gyms I've had the pleasure of working out at. Grateful to my friend Ning for making me shift to this gym. The architecture of the gymnasium is open and airy, & the floor plan is quite huge (3 full floors), equipped with a vast range of machines (yes, they even have a sled pull station!). I personally like working out at the 1st floor (OG, Powerhouse Gym). The overall vibe of the place is friendly, and relaxing after a long day at work. From beginners to professional athletes, to everyone in between - hang out and train together. Also, I've met the best people at the gym who are super supportive. A huge thanks to NayanMoni Sir for his guidance, and the staff who make this amazing place. Hands down, the best gym at Duliajan! :)

Most pathetic and idiotic Deadlift form seen in this Gym.. One should use proper technique and refrain from strictly gratifying their ego. The goal should always be to stay healthy and fit for many years to come. For lifting weights in such a idiotic way can be disastrous and lead to permanent injuries.

All equipments n machines are new. It's interior, environment, everything is perfect. You can choose both the six pack n powerhouse gym at the same, it's combined area is 3000sq feet, so, just give it a try

A very good and professional gym here in my hometown. A paradise for bodybuilders, powerlifters, strongman, CrossFit athletes. Each and every equipment is well placed and maintained. And as a pro athelete I must say I'm blessed to work in such a gym. But I don't understand people who just cannot think of lifting even coins speak about ego lifting and injuries. First of all go and have the courage to step inside the gym and see what a Strength training is. This messege is for this creep BHASKAR S. I really don't have any words to describe this lil man. But bhai don't speak if u don't know anything. Cheers to team SIX PACK DULIAJAN AND SPECIALLY NAYANMONI DA the owner to give us such a good platform...

The Training and Advice from our personal trainer is Truely Commendable. The technical knowledge about the weight/strength trainings from Nayanmoni Duarah Sir is so helpful in actual execution. If you abide by all the advices, your fitness destination is bound to be achieved..I have got fruitful results and will continue to be a part of Six pack Gym fraternity and recommend everyone to join in for real time body transformation.

The environment of six pack gym is fabulous the gym is well equipped with modern machines & minimum packages behaviour of trainees are friendly always maintaining discipline the owner also very friendly dedicated & always takes care of trainees specially those who are power lifter without charging fees l am very satisfy with the gym
