Tralukya is an excellent coach, and working out with him has been very helpful in more ways than one.
In the first diagnostic session, I'd informed Tralukya about my health conditions and then exercise regimen, and asked for a workout routine that took all those factors into consideration. I was clear that I did not want to do extreme workouts or crash diets, and Tralukya was also on the same page.
Tralukya worked with me to help build healthy, sustainable habits that I could stack over time, and a realistic, flexible diet plan that made room for the fluctuations of daily life. I wanted a coach who would help me focus on my form and curb my tendency to speed up my routines, and Tralukya definitely helped with both- especially making the correct form a priority.
There is a lot of variety in the exercises that Tralukya has taught me, and he has made sure that I scale up progressively over time. While I have definitely toned up in the last few months- clothes fit better, and family and friends have commented on my appearance- the more significant changes have been in terms of my overall health. I'm sleeping better, my resting heart rate has gone down from the mid 80s to the high 60s, and I am much stronger than before, especially in terms of core and upper body strength. I've been doing yoga every single day since 2019, but my flexibility has increased much more in the last few months.
