Love this gym but it requires some bench , dumbbells , friction weight like 1kg plates . I like the trainers they are friendly.

In terms of equipments and infrastructure it's good, a wide range of equipments are available. But for beginners it may be overwhelming, if you go for the morning session, as it is crowded. Overall it's good. Both male and female trainers are present for guidance if needed.

Went to this gym in Dibrugarh for few days. Gym equipments and trainers are ok but some wannabes don't focus on workout, they just stare at girls and act cheaply. Seriously not a comfortable environment for ladies.
