What makes a Gym unique are the TRAINERS. At Velocity Gym, Shantanu and Amar are one of the best Trainers I have ever met. I am a person with severe backache for the past 20 years and my experience with both the trainers is worth mentioning.

The gym has a great ambience and has the best quality equipments . Also the trainers present at the gym are very helpful and experienced, they guide one properly about diet , routine and also keep a keen eye on the posture of various exercises performed and correct you if you immediately if you are doing it incorrectly.
