Worst experience in Nexa Bongaigaon service. No doubt their behaviour is good. But Prices are very high for services. I am totally disappointed. They charges 599/- for wheel alignment at Nexa services, where they have maruti service centre bongaigaon nd wheel alignment charges is only 150/-. I just want to know if the car is same why the prices are vast difference between two service centre.Since we are middle class nd can afford maruti car for low maintenance cost. They even didn't try to cut down service cost. For a simple maruti car they made bill amount of 11,595/-. Before going to the particular service centre they called me several times and told me they will give good discount. They didn't give any good discount. I paid 10,900/-. Most important thing is they didn't provide any bill or tax invoice. They only give me pre invoice. I never expect such scam with me. I have uploaded two different bills and kindly compare their rates. Thank you
