Not at all satisfied with the company and the cycle quality...........it's been around 4 months I bought a gear cycle (kross viper) and it is the 3rd time going to the showroom for complaining the product quality...........the cycle fork cracked within just months of usage.........don't know what type of material was the company using and the showroom was not at all for this.......please don't ever buy any item from this showroom blindly by seeing the brand......... Finally my fork is replaced by the company......

Service is worst! Checked after paid service and told them to correct even after telling they did but they didn't!! Nothing was done The problem starts again!!

Very bad experience, worst way if communication and behaviour...Check the product specially accessories which is not genuine...
