This place is a good start for a beginner and the trainer Durga mam is a good coach in providing proper guidance for achieving our desired goals. I have gained the confidence after joining the gym and participated in the navy marathon. The trainer is always motivating and pushing harder to achieve our goals. The trainer is the uniqueness in this gym which is not observed in other places. The gym is also neat and clean.

I joined this gym as a beginner, and I'm very happy with my progress. In just 2 months, I lost fat from my waist, thighs, and neck, and my chest size and stamina improved a lot. I lost around 3 kgs, but more importantly, it was healthy fat loss with muscle gain. Initially, I thought weight loss happens fast, but here they guided me properly -- not to focus only on weight, but on fat loss and muscle building. That really helped me stay consistent and positive. In the first few weeks, I had body pains, but Durga ma'am motivated me to continue. Once I had ankle pain, and she treated it with a simple cold method -- the pain reduced quickly. She plans daily workouts (strength, cardio, stamina) and also gives a proper diet plan. One big advantage is that in other gyms, personal coaching costs extra if you want trainer guidance. But here, training and guidance are already included in the regular fees, which is a great benefit -- especially for beginners. Seniors support and guide beginners very well. The environment is friendly and joyful . No partiality, everyone is treated equally. If you follow her instructions, stay consistent, and follow the diet, you will definitely achieve your fitness goals. Highly recommended!
