2 out of 5 stars The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the equipment they provide. -3 stars due to the toxic environment in the gym: 1. The so-called trainer claims 6+ years of experience but doesn't even know the difference between compound and isolation movements or basic anatomy. I'll leave it to you whether you'd prefer training under him. 2. They restrict workouts to 90 minutes. They justify this by "crowd management," but even when the gym is empty after 8 AM, they don't allow extra time. For example, if someone spends 15 minutes on warm-up/stretching and takes proper rest between sets, the 90 minutes gets exhausted--leaving no time for cardio, which you've already paid for. This feels more like a business tactic than genuine care for members. 3. Selective behavior towards customers. The owner is unprofessional, lacks basic courtesy, and doesn't know how to take feedback. Instead of listening, he acts defensive and dismissive, as if his "experience" is above any suggestion. You'd rather stay silent than try to reason with him. 4. AC and ventilation issues: As a customer, you have no control over the AC. Forget about cooling--when it rains, they open all the windows, leaving the place humid and suffocating. The justification given is, "when the weather is cool outside, why do you need AC?" which makes no sense in an indoor workout environment. Overall: If you only care about equipment, this gym is okay. But if you value professionalism, comfort, and respect as a customer, this place falls short.
