F45 is a awesome place to workout.The trainers are exceptional and the overall vibe is really great.The workouts are always new and engaging,pushing you to the limit and i have personally noticed the consistent increase of my body strength.Its really motivating to get trained as a team and at the same time to have trainers that help you with individual nutritious diet plans and bmi monitoring. We have a fun and energy packed sunday zumba/dance sessions for every two weeks . I would definitely recommend this gym to friends as i personally lose 14kg yet has noticed really good improvement in my strength and flexibility."Team training,Life changing"

Been their ! Quite surprised ! Poor Trainer's only gv you motivation they ar not even fit ! Poor poster's which will hurt ur shoulders !I have been in 45 in different country! PPL around here don't even knw HIIT.. thinks it's best coz of no HIIT around town ! These why f45 is crashing down to bottom with unprofessional tranning can't even correct wats wrong and dance is their speciality with lot of social media intense petty
