The only small downside is that it gets a bit crowded during peak hours, especially around the lat pull-down machine, which is always occupied no matter the day - adding another one could make a big difference. Overall, everything was good and perfect. A top choice for anyone serious about fitness in the area!

The rainbow fitness gym is a fab place to workout at, it have really good equipment which focuses on all the group of muscles. Maintains hygiene and is very clean.(Good playlist at times aswell) I took Mr.chandu as my trainer for a month, and I noticed a lot of change in a short span of time which wasn't possible to do by myself before. He's a very enthusiastic and entertaining guy to be around, I mean who doesn't want to have a bit fun while working out! Therefore, now I am continuing with him as my PT now. Gaining a lot of knowledge out of him. I definitely recommend people to take Mr. Chandu as PT.

Great place to work out. Staff is very caring and takes care. Very Excellent Gym neat and spacious, feels good to workout here. Equipments are very good, nice place for workout. And my trainer Dinesh ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. And I lose my weight upto 10 kgs in one year under his guidance with proper diet and training sessions and I can see a lot of changes in my body with his exceptional weight training sessions. I would recommend him for all who would like to loose weight and good shape .

The gym has good equipment and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have reduced 16 kgs in 3 months. I took personal training from Dinesh who has excellent knowledge about strength training and he taught me different forms of excercises to keep intrested in training.
