I'm an outsider, came to Vijayawada as a committed trainee focused on fitness and personal development, my experience at Golden Fitness unfortunately did not align with my expectations and desire. I encountered a discouraging environment, lacking inclusivity and sensitivity, which affected both my motivation and peace of mind. I remained committed for a month despite this, but eventually chose to leave for my own mental well-being. I hope the gym works toward creating a more welcoming, ethical and professional atmosphere for EVERYONE. Based on the rating and reviews, I had high hope and aspiration when I joined Golden Fitness, but unfortunately, my personal experience wasn't positive. I felt the training approach didn't align with my physical needs, and the environment wasn't supportive for my personal growth. I quietly exited the membership for my mental and physical well-being. I hope the management continues to improve for others who join in the future. Unprofessional trainer (considering the minimum ethics from my side, I don't want to target anyone) and his behavior and unhealthy gym environment. Not recommended for sensitive or introverted individuals seeking a safe amd respectful personal space. My experience was mentally exhausting. The environment was unwelcoming and the trainer made me feel uncomfortable though I choose not to listen and take advice from him. That's why at the end I quietly left after my subscription ended. I wouldn't recommend this place for those seeking respectful and supportive training. Lastly I got something good also, but comparing to the issues and disrespect I faced, probably it blurred. It was a great experience, I've seen a dramatic change in myself. My trainer Lakshmi was extremely experienced and friendly. She helped to loose weight of about 5 kgs with in 40 days. There were also special fitness activities like cricket, zumba to enhance our overall fitness journey. Highly recommended one

One of the Best gyms in the area. Its spacious, ventilated and maintained absolutely clean. Adequate conditioned Equipment to handle the peak rush too. Fees is competitive and value for money. Number of personal trainers are also available to choose from. And General trainers are also equally qualified and responsive to someone who don't opt for PT. Rahul has been a cool guy, good trainer, easily reachable even in busy hours and takes extra care too. I would recommend this gym anyday.

I'm so happy to join this golden fitness gym.. here we have the trainers to help us..my trainer rahul bro is so dedicated to train my body and also they provide the diet as per body measurements and height and they also follow up everyday... And also my sister's trainer vineetha akka. She have 10yrs experience and she is an nutritionist and yoga diploma trainer also.. they trained our body very well...after joining this gym I get a peaceful mindset and energy thank you GOLDEN FITNESS GYM - Polyclinic road!

I use this gym regularly. You can walk-in anytime of the day based on your convenience for workout. Trainer are available throughout the day. Equipments are updated and are in working condition. You get a good discounts if you enroll for more months. Will recommend every fitness freak

The best gym in Vijayawada with imported equipments. Great environment for women and my trainer Lakshmi Vineetha is the best , I was able to reach my fitness goal . I recommend this gym to everyone
