Nice equipment and free and sapcious for all members to do work outs . excellent gym I have ever seen

Nice medium-sized unisex gym with all the essential equipment. The trainers are friendly and helpful. Equipment and weights are new and are in good shape. It's well maintained with regular cleaning. I liked the inclusion of sanitizer at the entrance and lockers to keep stuff inside. Overall experience was satisfactory.

good night rest and early morning workout i enjoy my quiet stay on a sat. night. Michelle greeted me with a warm smile! she explained the extra cost of the room for incidentals, i always forget... They honor my request of top floor and away from the elevator....perfect. i used the gym the next morning, only thing i couldn't get espn on the tv, but no biggie i was able to get in an early workout. grad some breakfast, where maybe a little over friendly...food was hot, fresh and waffles with whip cream and strawberries....my fav. give them a try, theres a great tex mex (chevy) restaurant and applebees nearby so you can grab dinner...
