Catharsis The Gym

Honestly, I love this gym.. Well equipped... The best part is Personal Trainer MANI. He is an assset. Professional, knowledged, Encouraging, Motivating, Workholic... The good part but its hard to accept is HE NEVER EXCUSES... In my weight loss journey I tried many gyms but nothing worked out because of some reasons like being crouded, no motiavation etc... But here I started generally no PT, did for two months.. satisfied with the gym but not myself, so apted to PT... seeing results now... Lost some weight in a healthy way... Achieved to wear less size shirts which I felt like winning Olympic Gold Medal (lol).. Receptionist Pooja mam is friendly, receives with a good smile and warm welcome. Gym buddies treat each other with respect and maintain a friendly atmosphere (which i didnt find in other gyms). Finally Love CATHARSIS... I strongly recommend it...

Stepping into the Catharis -The Gym was like discovering a hidden gem in the City. The first thing that caught my attention was the impressive array of equipment available. Equipment Maintenance is very good. Gym offers dedicated spaces for function training. The atmosphere at the gym is both invigorating and Welcoming. The gyms modern design, combined with upbeat music sets the tone for a dynamic workout experience.

*Gym to be opened on Sundays, at least for the morning session which is very useful and convenient for the working people* Premises Location good. Reasonable fee. Spacious. Good equipments easy to handle. Required some additional maintenance and equipment specific to forearm exercise. Please take care of all clients for improvement of the GYM. Overall view Good

This gym is well equipped with variety of machines......... pleasant place and i recommend this gym for everyone who is ready to build their body. Staff pooja garu and trainer mani garu are well mannered......... Receiving is good Thank you

This is one of the best places to work out. The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of equipment, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A great environment for anyone serious about fitness

The gym is well equipped with all the necessary required machinery for workouts. I personally took personal training with Shyam who is having complete knowledge and explains workouts clearly and gives achievable targets, so far great experience . Best gym especially for beginners
