Namaste Everyone... I am Konagalla Manikanta from Tuni. Before joining City Zym Tuni, my weight is 91 kg. I have gone for running daily ( 5 km ) and also exercises. But, after doing running and exercises, the result is negative. I was unhappy with my obesity. When, I joined City Zym which was located at Ammajipeta, Tuni Railway station road. I thankful to coach Mr. Veerla Jagadeesh, My Coach helped me a lot and he is friendly, and he had 15-20 years experience. I have reduced my weight within a month from 91 to 80 kg. Within one month, I have reduced 10-11 kg. After reducing my weight, I am fit and healthy. Now, I am undergoing Muscle Training. I have trust on City Zym Tuni, Ammajipeta. Guys Health is too Important than any other. In our daily life, we neglect our body fitness. At last Zym is a best Medicine, which keeps you away from Hospitals and many expenses.
