I had such a positive experience training with Durga Prasad. His teaching style is clear, encouraging, and very well-structured. Each session was thoughtfully planned, balancing techniques and breath work which really helped me improve both my practice and confidence. What stood out the most was his ability to adapt the poses to my level while still gently challenging me to grow. The atmosphere he create is calm, supportive, and motivating. I'm grateful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice.
