recently joined the gym to improve my fitness and build consistency. On the first day, I was a little nervous, but the trainers and environment were really motivating. My routine includes a mix of cardio and strength training, and although my muscles are sore, I feel stronger every day. It's challenging to push myself, but that's what makes it rewarding. Looking forward to hitting new milestones and staying committed to this journey.

I have been workout here from one year during the covid period. Gym timings - morning 5am to 10 am Evening - 4 pm to 9 pm Sunday evening - Holiday(closed) Monthly Fees-1500 -Gym is pretty clean and well equipped. -The gym is constantly being sanitized. -The staff are very friendly and always offer and advice when needed. Trainers are good motivates to work hard. -it has ample space with all possible equipments. - Mr.Raghava Gym management and trainer too good attitude behaviour person and well respond to people. -Especially girls can join without giving a second thought...it's safe environment. ...
