I'm writing this review after completing one month at Eshwari Yoga Mandiram, and I have experienced clear physical and mental transformations. Every class is truly effective. The teachers are incredibly patient and dedicated, explaining each posture in detail. The teaching method not only strengthens the body but also brings deep peace to the mind. I have been attending yoga classes for 2 months, it was absolutely amazing both physically and mentally. First, the place was clean. Then the instructors are wow... they are supportive. They create such a positive and encouraging environment, making experience level. Special mention to Mr.Ajay sir, and Eshwari mam who has remarkable talent. I highly recommend this place for a great yoga experience.

****Highly recommended**** I have a hormonal issue coz of my pcos problem at the time of joining my weight was 85 after a month reduced 3kgs with the help of instructors saiswari ma'am who is a lady instructor, ajay sir nd Srikanth sir male instructors, it's a big number for me coz due to hormonal issues and stress I'm able to lose weight even 1kg/month got tough for me, but now I have reduced 3kgs with out stressing to reduce itself. Not only yoga sessions they will make us to meditate to reduce our overall stress and cortisol levels in the body. So in my case I think overall yoga,mediation nd diet they instructed for me help alot. Now in the whole hectic work day life I will eagerly waiting for this 1 hr in a day to detox nd destress myself to get better version of myself. Recommend for all age groups coz good health is our right and responsibility.

The yoga class was calming and rejuvenating.Instructor was knowledgeable and guided gently. Focused on breathing, posture, and mindfulness. Class started with light stretching and warm-up.Included basic asanas suitable for all levels.Helped improve flexibility and body balance. Peaceful environment with soothing background music. Meditation session at the end was very relaxing. Perfect blend of physical exercise and mental calm. Great experience - felt refreshed and stress-free.

Really good yoga classes in tirupati. Excellent and well trained professional teachers. Within a month I have seen a lot of difference within me . Stress level came down got good flexibility too. It's really one of the best yoga classes.

Eshwari Yoga Mandiram is the best place for learning yoga and getting therapy for stress and many more by doing meditation, where we feel very calm and peace, especially our soul. I visited this place for doing my project and the instructors there was very friendly and interactive. We gained a lot of knowledge and started doing Yoga as a part of our daily routine.
