Highly experienced yoga teacher,she takes time explaining each pose and make every one do that in correct form !!! She focus on each student and motivate everyone to do our best!! ... I have joined for my rheumatoid arthritis issue now my issue reduced completely after practicing 3 months with Yoga Asanas and proper diet suggested by Yoga Therapist....Thank you so much for conducting such helpful classes ...Overall yoga helped me enhance my knowledge about yogic practice, right alignment of asanas and improve my health.

First of all This is a Genuine Review..I am suffering with upper back pain,poor posture ,disc bulge n Insomnia.My sister told that there is Yoga learning in KT Road..In September 2023 Me n my Mom went there n said all my problems. From the first day itself I felt some changes she is also a pyscologist she clearly explained how to do aasanas n pranayamam n she is very friendly n soft dealer person n have a lot of patience.Since 5 years am suffering with the above problems.Now it's November my pain almost gone n I am STRESS FREE NOW.Am sleeping peacefully.she will research our problems n she takes care of all the individuals.Recently I came to know that I have Migraine she added one breathing exercise..U know at 12 Am tognit.
