I have been going to the gym for like a month now, and I lost 1.5kg in month. The coaching and all are just great! Everyone is friendly around here! You can get a personal trainer to tell you what to do, how to do, when to do. And i think it's amazing. If you are trying to find a gym I would suggest to join this gym!
