Had a supportive trainer and lost 9kg of my weight in 2 months. The members are also friendly and supportive of each other . Highly recommended for people who are motivated to lose weight.

Gym is compact. Trainer is friendly but doesn't train you much. Need much support from her. No proper directions given even if you are doing workouts wrong. Cardio is charged - 1500 and weight loss is separate for another 1500, usually both together will be taken as 1500 as a single package. Only zumba is done properly that too from a video playing in TV. No enough machines, no matter which package you choose, you will get the same workouts. I neither loose weight nor felt any difference even after going there for 3 months. And please dont trust the ratings here, as she asks everyone to give 5

Lost 9kgs in 2.5 months. Definitely recommended. It has very friendly environment and the trainer takes personel care for each and every member.

Don't go with the fake reviews, she is training me since last year i literally lost 30kgs. U can check my transformation in Instagram @sri_femina_gym_tpg and our gym trainer is so good and friendly.
