Before ever coming gym I thought gym is to build body, after coming to Ifitness club I came to know gym is about self discipline, build mentality towards clean life style which inculcates healthy eating, perfect morning routines, exploring physical strength which my mind is hiding for so long. My greatest achievement by far is competing in a powerlifting tournament and prove my self is worthy

Nearly I travel a year with 'i' fitness gym, there is a good atmosphere whenever we enter the gym and the coach helped me to gain knowledge about fitness , each and every staff member was very friendly and helped to explain the workouts best gym ever in RAMACHANDRAPURAM 100% worthy , they also provide free diet chats for all .
