"I recently joined POWER FORT GYM [Fitness Club] RC, and it has been fantastic! The gym is spacious, clean, and has a great environment for working out. I especially appreciated the separate areas designated for ladies and for cardio, allowing everyone to feel comfortable and focus on their workouts. The equipment is top-notch with a wide range of Olympic plates, dumbbells up to 20 kg, and machines like the leg press, T-bar row, chest fly, and lat pulldown. It's perfect for anyone serious about strength training or just getting started. The trainer here is also amazing--always attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to guide on technique. The gym has excellent ventilation, which keeps the space fresh, and overall, it's a welcoming and motivating place to train. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality gym experience!".
