I'm writing this review coz I've extracted maximum benefits out this Explore Fitness gym. Under the guidance of Munna sir, I shed 11kg weight in the span of 5months. Initially, I've noticed inch loss from XL to M size. Now, my weight is 69. The way he gives guidance is cool, friendly and is dedicated towards work. In absence of him, there are other trainers also who will guide us for that day. Never bored of doing workouts as daily sessions include variety combinations of workouts like cardio, strength training, gym ball, mat exercises, tyre exercises etc... In our gym, u'll find people of all age groups from youngsters to senior citizens that inspires alot. I got to know fitness is important irrespective of age. In addition to physical fitness, I've seen huge difference in mental stability, it keeps me active all day, having good enough sleep and confidence too. Thank You Munna sir for your personal attention and extremely excited in hitting my weight below 60 under your exceptional training. Truly, explored fitness in me after stepped into EXPLORE FITNESS GYM.
