The training I experienced was far from ideal. It seemed like the trainers were not well-qualified, as they pushed for intense workouts right from the start. Instead of gradually increasing the weight day by day, I was asked to lift heavy weights on my very first day. Looking back, I'm grateful I decided to stop training there. The only positive aspect of the place is its great ambience. If you're already a fitness enthusiast and can manage your own workout routine, you might find it worth it for the environment. However, if you're a beginner, I strongly advise against it! Progress comes from slow, steady workouts--not from overloading yourself with pressure and heavy exercises all at once. This approach can destroy not only your health but also your peace of mind and self-confidence. After doing some research, I discovered that better trainers are still available in Ongole. It's essential to put your fitness journey in the hands of qualified professionals.
