It's only good for doing hypertrophy sessions for building muscle, if you're only target is to build nice physique through hypertrophy then yeah it's good to go. But it's not good for powerlifting or weightlifting, don't expect the results you have got in your gym to this because whole equipment and weight changes due to external factors like small and short bench due to which no leg drive and more density in weights during deadlifts by which if you're not experienced to it you might not hit the weights you expect to hit during your powerlifting or weightlifting sessions. It's only for building a nice physique with light weights for hypertrophy sessions and not so greatgfor powerlifting or weights lifting sessions!!!!
