For frozen shoulders yoga is a good therapy. Dr Sreenivas Sir, teaching me yoga. Thru his yoga techniques, I am getting pain relief. Not only that I do pranayama under his guidance. Of course I am 75 years old. Let us hope that this Yoga Therapy Center will help all of us to keep our body and mind in a healthy way.
