The BEST Gym I've been to. PERIOD.
Let me put it this way, I had come here just to check out the gym, and I ended up getting the membership for 1.5 YEARS all at once. So you know there's something special about this place, Which feels very Upscale. This gym has gained a LOYAL member for life
When you're there, make sure you Talk to Koushik & Ask him to give you a tour around the gym. Trust me it's worth it.
Let me divide the review into a few categories:
Overlook:
*Amazing lighting all around the gym
*Centralised air conditioning
*Dyson air purifiers
*VERY good sounding speakers & Thumping bass
*Gym feels very damn clean
*Motivating videos playing on the TV's
The Machines :
All the machines you'll ever need, you will find it here. Including a few of them which I have never even seen in bangalore as well . There are belts, lifting straps, grip chalk powder, deadlift bar mover, bicep curl support, and a whole bunch of other accessories.
Dumbbell rack area with a max weight of 50 KG dumbbells.
All of the machines & Equipment are very well maintained and with no issues till date at all.
All the machines are from the brand 'JERAI FITNESS' and they're some of the best I've seen. Really sturdy, doesn't feel flimsy, very high quality. No complaints at all.
Facilities :
*Cold water dispenser
*Table tennis, Snooker table, foosball table
*Ton of lockers in the men's room
*Bunch of washrooms
*Ice bath on request
*Fridge with imported Monster, bottled protein waters, bottled protein shake, occasional pre workout tins, water bottles. Makes it very damn convenient.
*Steam room
*Whey protein, pre workouts, creatine and other supplements available to purchase from the office itself.
FitFoodCompany :
They have tied up with fitfoodcompany with guilt free options for meals, all the MACROS are mentioned on the menu. This is so convenient, as soon as you you finish your workout, your food is ready. And it is really tasty
I highly recommend the Pizza, Rice bowl & the Wraps.
Health & Heal :
So this is something I can review after trying it out very soon. They have all sorts of physical therapies & massages and what not. They have licensed therapists who are available on specific days which are announced on the WhatsApp group.
Extra :
There's a Reliance supermarket right on the ground floor of the building which makes it really damn convenient to buy some essentials.
Suggestions :
*Please make the Re-Racking weights a mandatory practice for every member.It is really annoying to have to look for the weights, if on a time crunch it makes it harder to manage time.
*Please attach numbers on the DUMBBELL rack with a designated spot for each weight, the more organised it is; the better.
