The best part of my gym routine is my Trainer RUPESH, he pushes me and my co-trainee beyond our limits to make us achieve our best. And his training spirit is something which is most appreciable. In just 2 months I had a significant glow up in my body (where I lost 14.33 pounds). Hoping to achieve many more milestones like this in the near future by being consistent in hitting to the gym.
