I am very happy to be a part of Saisha Yoga Center. It has truly been a life-changing experience for me. The yoga training here has helped me become healthier, stronger, and more balanced both physically and mentally. I feel so grateful to have met such a wonderful teacher. Mam is the best yoga trainer I have ever come across in Narasaraopet - she is incredibly energetic, full of positivity, and teaches with so much patience and dedication. I am part this yoga team last 2 years and that is only because of Rajalakshmi mam. A excellent tutor and beautiful human being. I tried other methods like nutrition, diet and exercise but nothing helped to reduce weight and PCOD problem. After starting yoga from 2023 I started losing weight almost 22kgs and my PCOD problem fully cleared. Thankyou madam for your help and guidance.
