Nice to have such a free classes for yoga.and good experienced teachers.please conduct the classes at afternoon time if possible.

Today class is excellent sir. Mardana theraphy is very useful for stress and insomnia diseases and receive D- vitamin from sun.

Anand Sir is an excellent yoga and pranayama instructor. Kids and I learned a lot about yogasanas and pranayama techniques from him.
