The gym in Nandigama village is fantastic! It offers a comprehensive range of equipment, including cardio machines, weights, and group classes. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The motivating atmosphere has helped me achieve my fitness goals. Overall, I highly recommend this gym.

Excellent workout and personal Training. The Gym offers a friendly and cool atmosphere with high end training equipment. Been very thin before joining and personal training and seen great results with in 2 months of joining, body and muscle bump and body became fit and stiff. Thanks to John for personal training and guidance.

I've recently joined J7 FITNESS STUDIO , and my experience has been excellent so far. Gym is spacious, clean, and well-organized. It has a wide range of equipment!! The coach was professional ,friendly and helpful . I especially felt good for the personalized workout plans they provide based on your fitness goals. The gym also stays open early in the morning till late at night. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a motivating and supportive environment to work out in.

Excellent pace & superb training. All the instruments are top notch, special mention for John (Gym trainer) for his dedicated towards personal training. I recommend everyone one for weight loss and strength training programmes.

Everyone can benefit much from this gym! It feels inclusive of both men and women and has a very warm environment. They have an excellent range of free weights and equipment, everything is fantastic and suitable for all levels of fitness. It's simple to remain motivated because the trainer(Mr.John) is constantly friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend this place to reach your fitness goals
