Hi, I have been practicing yoga since a month now with Ekagrata Yog, the studio has a welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets me at ease when I walk in the door. The instructor mam is much knowledgeable and provides great guidance throughout each class. I love working out with equipment's which the studio provides for weight loss, increase the core strength and energised. I highly recommend Ekagrata Yog for anyone looking for a great yoga experience. Yoga mam is so friendly and helpful, she provides a lot of information about the styles of yoga and exercises.
