Triguna Clarks Inn is one of the best hotels to stay at Kurnool. Strategically located near the bus station , it is easily reachable, however finding a local eatery close by is a challenge. Rooms were maintained well but off late the maintenance has been deteriorated.
When check out their chargeable snack was there in room but once we paid the bill and we were coming out receptionist called as House keeping manager told there is snack consumption. It was shocking when we personally went to check the snack was not there . We tried to convince the Manager but he was rude as if he is not understanding what was happening illiterate behaviour. Not fit for hospitality job at all. After arguing also he was acting stupid. We were in hurry we paid . Total spoiler . We spend 20k at end this 290 rupees make us feel frustrated. Not worthy
We were visiting this since 4 years but now a days the maintenance is being deteriorated.Cleaning is not upto the mark. The floor was so sticky when we visited recently, when informed they just managed with the dry mop and it was still the same. About the menu the prices are so high.
Not good place at this price point in such small city. Cleanliness is major issue with this property. Parking is full of garbage and smell. Rooms are big but not clean.
1. The location is right behind new bus stand, it looks like extension area 2. car parking is available 3. The location is peaceful without any chaos 4. The hotel is well maintained 5. Staff responds quick & attends to the issues quickly 6. The room was spacious, neat, with all toiletry essentials, bath towels, drinking water 7. WIFI was available but we didn't use it as we had mobile data What needs to improve:- 1. No hot water in the night (we reached the hotel at 10 p.m. after a long journey. So, we needed hot water to bath the kids) 2. Morning the Hot water tap had lukewarm water (probably it could be due to solar) 3. The taps had issues & we had to keep calling for the services 4. The TV connectivity was breaking down every now & then. So my kids were just behind them for getting it connected (they did respond immediately) 5. The restaurant was for limited hours (by 10.30 a.m. the restaurant was closed. So we had to depend on Zomato) Please note this is review is based on my personal experience
