Overall service is good .. Timely response. Skandhanshi could take a responsible of shop rent occupancy .. lack of marketing most of the shops are hold without earnings rent.m

I am writing this review to share my negative experience with Skandhanshi Infra Projects India Private Ltd (Kurnool), specifically concerning my purchase of a flat in Skandhanshi Sri Aishwaryam. Within just one year of possession, the marble in front of the kitchen countertop near the sink has broken. I found that the damaged marble was somehow attached using a small iron piece. The quality of construction is highly disappointing. From the images I have, you can clearly see that they've used just a minimal amount of cement. It's quite disheartening to see such poor quality in something as essential as a kitchen countertop, which should be durable and well-made. I really recommend staying away from any projects by Skandhanshi Infra Projects (Kurnool). The issues I've seen with their low-quality materials are pretty worrying and could lead to more problems later on.

Update 12-Sep-2023: Two people from Skandhanshi visited our flat after my review below. They promised to take some action, but nothing done till now even after several weeks. I'm not surprised because that is how they have taken our complaints from the beginning. Will Skandhanshi atleast now come and rectify our complaints? Are you hearing? Let me wait. We own a flat in Skanda Aishwaryam Apartments in Kurnool. Construction quality is a total disaster. Wall edges and edges on door sides are just breaking and falling apart within 4 months of possession. See the images below on how the edges of walls and door sides are falling apart on a daily basis. They have a QC team also, not sure how they have checked and validated all these. They have just stuck some putty and white cement for namesake. They have left full paint marks on windows and promised to clean them before total apartment handover. Now they are saying they won't do it. This shows their professionalism and commitment towards their work. See the images attached below - see the quality of construction by just using sand and minimal amount of cement. Think before you buy anything with these people. This is not just my opinion, almost all flat owners here have same issues. To Skanda management - will you fix these issues in my house or just ignore our issues as usual? Is this how you construct homes? Before replying something blaming us or other flat owners here, see the pictures below carefully and you will understand the quality. Come and see if you would like to. Please take some responsibility atleast now and fix our issues immediately. Let's see if you do it.

Skandhansi infrastructure is a land mark building located near gooty road flyover next to CN hospital with huge buildup area and elevator facility .. sma startups are there in building and skandhandi infra main office located here.. classic rider Cafe & Belgian waffles are the small snavk corners with delicious items

@skandhanshi Infra Projects India Private Ltd I Have purchased a couple of flats in Skanda with out knowing my in laws, now Skandhanshi has taken bribe and Shared the scanned documents to my in laws! Shame on by doing this injustice and taking the bribe and doing this nonsense things Very sad to write this post that you and your team will take the bribe and share all the information and agreement documents and application details to everyone ? You take bribe and share complete information ? Is this security is maintained by company by sharing all information to anyone ? If anyone comes and ask will share all the agreements documents to anyone? Is this trust your company will maintain all this ? Is this security Skandhanshi Projects has maintained all this ?
